Culturopolis is the culmination of a long process of reflection, dialogue, and gathering of cultural sector representatives with people working in many other sectors committed to the sustainable and democratic development of our societies. We have jointly cultivated the Barcelona Declaration. The “hotbeds” are devices that have allowed us to sow ideas and will be exhibited throughout Culturopolis to provide information on the entire process.
