An open workshop in the format of a learning community, inspired by the Réseau Culture 21 experience, to co-create measurement, design, and evaluation of public and community policies from a cultural rights perspective. With contributions from the Observatory of Diversity and Cultural Rights in Fribourg and the Centre for Cultural Studies and Resources (CERC) of Barcelona Provincial Council, participants will explore, through the exchange of local and international experiences, how cultural rights —and their intersection with other human rights— are interpreted and applied at territorial and professional practice levels.
The objective is to imagine and develop practical tools to measure, assess, and design public and community policies with a cultural rights perspective, in accordance with the framework proposed by the Barcelona Declaration.
