Open workshop offering a performative and participatory experience to place the body in motion at the centre of cultural action. Using play, sport, music and art, this activity explores the connections between the right to culture and the right to sport, particularly from their community and everyday dimensions. With a critical and situated perspective, it invites reflection on territorial inequalities and barriers to cultural participation across postcodes, emphasising public space as a place of encounter, expression and claim. A collective warm-up to activate rights, bodily memories and shared imaginaries.
