Presentation of the Cultural Rights Plan developed by the Spanish Ministry of Culture, conceived as a strategy and guide to ensure that all people can fully participate in cultural life, access it, and transform it under conditions of equality. The plan includes 146 measures targeting five priority areas: ensuring cultural democracy, promoting culture as a tool to address contemporary challenges, fostering sustainability and independence of the cultural ecosystem, consolidating cultural rights as a framework for public action, and developing a public administration committed to safeguarding cultural rights and sensitive to their needs.
