The SURES network is an international residency programme that promotes mobility and exchange for cultural managers working from non-central territories. It provides technical support, advisory services, and connections with local ecosystems to strengthen cooperation networks and participatory cultural governance strategies. In this way, it contributes to reinforcing Ibero-American cultural ecosystems and amplifying the social and economic impact of cultural management.
The Nomadic Laboratory is a space for debate and political action through culture, with an ethical and critical approach. In the context of the UNESCO Culture Summit – Mondiacult 2025, it seeks to build a distinct voice from communities, based on plurality, conflict, and solidarity. It proposes rethinking cultural cooperation as a tool to strengthen inclusive democracies and horizontal networks that challenge dominant logics and promote cultural justice.
