The international initiative Artists at Risk (AR) provides support to artists and cultural professionals who are in danger due to their creative activity. In this conference, the director of AR and one of the artists in its network will share the experiences of creators in situations of exile or risk, exploring how conditions of vulnerability influence artistic practice and the defence of cultural rights. It will be an opportunity to reflect on the relationship between art, risk, and social commitment, as well as on strategies of support and protection within the international cultural community.
