Cultural connections take shape as a living web of relationships between practices, territories, and communities. From institutional and community perspectives, rural and urban contexts, national and international scales, this panel brings together diverse voices exploring how collaborations are built, the challenges they face, and the resources that can be activated collectively. The aim is to establish synergies, strengthen social participation, and rethink the role of public policies within a dynamic and complex cultural ecosystem. Mapping these connections allows us not only to recognise their value but also to imagine new forms of cooperation from an accessible, inclusive, and equitable perspective.
