The Organisation of Ibero-American States for Education, Science and Culture (OEI) and the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID) will organise, on 9–10 September 2025 at the Barcelona Centre for Contemporary Culture (CCCB), a series of debates and reflections titled “Cultural Rights and Creative Economy for Sustainable Development: Ibero-America’s Contributions to the Global Agenda”. The initiative aims to reflect on the region’s contributions to the priority areas of Mondiacult 2025, based on cultural rights and creative economy perspectives.

Plenary meetings and regional chapter meetings of IFACCA

As part of Mondiacult 2025 and Àgora in a network, the International Federation of Arts Councils and Culture Agencies (IFACCA) will hold several meetings in Barcelona, including plenary sessions and meetings of its various regional chapters.
