Dream of the Land is a dance project that fuses Palestinian folklore and Catalan-rooted dance with contemporary dance, bringing us closer to the Dabke, a symbol of Palestinian cultural resistance. Sharaf DarZaid, Palestinian dancer and choreographer, directs this piece that blends tradition with contemporary forms, bringing together dancers from Palestine and Catalonia in a project that showcases the unity of human struggles through the transformative power of art. This series of activities arises from the Som Constructores programme, coordinated by the Catalan Association for Peace in collaboration with the Fira Mediterrània de Manresa Support Programme.
