This conference will offer an in-depth reflection on the role of linguistic diversity in building a fairer and more inclusive world order. From a global perspective, it will examine how languages can contribute to democratic governance, the protection of human rights, and social cohesion. The invited expert will share a critical and inspiring vision of the current challenges and the opportunities arising from the recognition of linguistic plurality in international, institutional, and community contexts.

As part of Mondiacult 2025 and Àgora in a network, the International Federation of Arts Councils and Culture Agencies (IFACCA) will hold several meetings in Barcelona, including plenary sessions and meetings of its various regional chapters.
