This work addresses how more and more women in Iran challenge the strict dress codes imposed by Islamic law, transforming the veil ―which must cover their hair― into a symbol of the claim for their rights and freedoms. Small and large battles for women’s rights have become one of the most hated enemies of the Islamic Republic.

Plenary meetings and regional chapter meetings of IFACCA

As part of Mondiacult 2025 and Àgora in a network, the International Federation of Arts Councils and Culture Agencies (IFACCA) will hold several meetings in Barcelona, including plenary sessions and meetings of its various regional chapters.
