This roundtable will open the debate on the relationship between linguistic rights and economic development in multilingual societies. It will highlight how language policies can contribute to social justice, inclusion, and economic efficiency. The speakers will analyse the benefits of recognising and protecting linguistic diversity, not only from a human rights perspective but also as a strategic factor for collective progress. The session will bring together specialists offering complementary perspectives from law, economics, and public administration.
