DeclarAcción is a joint initiative of the cities of San Luis de Potosí (Mexico), Niterói (Brazil), Concepción (Chile), and Quilmes (Argentina), which is more than a manifesto: It is a navigational charter that gathers lived experiences from these territories, which have a long history of defending cultural rights.

Plenary meetings and regional chapter meetings of IFACCA

As part of Mondiacult 2025 and Àgora in a network, the International Federation of Arts Councils and Culture Agencies (IFACCA) will hold several meetings in Barcelona, including plenary sessions and meetings of its various regional chapters.
