As part of the cultural programme of Mondiacult 2025, this event brings together writers, artists, jurists, and activists to reflect on linguistic rights as a fundamental part of cultural identity and human dignity, and the role of cities in their protection. At a critical moment for humanity and minority rights, it is essential to open a global debate in defence of minority languages without political power. Through two dialogue roundtables and a poetic and musical reading, the vitality of marginalised languages is celebrated.
