This session will present various experiences and challenges related to supporting artistic creation at both local and international levels. It will bring together institutions and festivals with residency spaces, as well as international projects and networks that, through mobility support, expand opportunities for creators and foster cultural diversity. The debate will focus on the policies and support mechanisms necessary to meet the needs of artists and other cultural actors.
